CLAIM FOR MISDELIVERY OF CARGO BY BANK
A new case, in Court of Appeal, Unicredit Bank A.G. v Euronav N.V. [2023] EWCA Civ 471, the court judged the issue whether shipowner was to be held liable to bank for misdelievery, where the cargo was discharged without the production of Bill of lading at the discharge port.
