We would recommend that all vessels intending to call at Pointe Noire, Congo should be advised of the prevailing situation and should charterers direct owners to this port, any clean-up consequences should be sought from the latter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Bulletin 868.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6cca\u4f4d\u6cb9\u6c61 &#8211; \u521a\u679c\u9ed1\u89d2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u7531\u901a\u4ee3\u5904\u5f97\u77e5\uff0c\u521a\u679c\u9ed1\u89d2\u6e2f\u53e3\u591a\u4e2a\u6cca\u4f4d\u6301\u7eed\u5b58\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6cb9\u6c61\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u81ea2012\u5e749\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u9ed1\u89d2\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u6cb9\u6c61\u95ee\u9898\u5df2\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u6e2f\u52a1\u5c40\u5bf9\u60c5\u51b5\u975e\u5e38\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u5374\u8fd8\u672a\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u963b\u6b62\u6f0f\u6cb9\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u6cb9\u6c61\u95ee\u9898\u5bf9\u505c\u9760\u8be5\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u8239\u8236\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u5411\u6240\u6709\u62df\u505c\u9760\u521a\u679c\u9ed1\u89d2\u6e2f\u7684\u8239\u8236\u4e86\u89e3\u57fa\u672c\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u82e5\u79df\u8239\u4eba\u6307\u793a\u8239\u4e1c\u505c\u9760\u8be5\u6e2f\u53e3\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u8239\u8236\u6cb9\u6c61\u6e05\u7406\u7531\u540e\u8005\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN We have been advised by the Club&#8217;s correspondents of the following continuing issues with oil pollution at several berths at Pointe Noire, Congo.
