{"id":12163,"date":"2014-07-10T04:26:40","date_gmt":"2014-07-10T04:26:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.14\/index.php\/2014\/07\/10\/ukraine-2014-07-10\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T01:20:22","modified_gmt":"2025-08-31T17:20:22","slug":"ukraine-2014-07-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/zh\/ukraine-2014-07-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8139\" src=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2003\/10\/ukraine_b.jpg\" alt=\"ukraine_b\" width=\"100\" height=\"66\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Officially closing sea ports in Crimea<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The development<\/strong><br \/>Following on from recent developments, the Association has now learned that the Ministry of Infrastructure has issued a Directive No. 255 titled &#8220;On Closure of Sea Ports&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to this Directive, Ukraine is formally closing sea ports in the Crimean region to international shipping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This affects the following ports:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Kerch<\/li>\n<li>Theodosia<\/li>\n<li>Sevastopol<\/li>\n<li>Yalta<\/li>\n<li>Evpatoria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Directive is presently with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and will take formal effect once officially published.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This publication is expected to take place 15 July 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key advice<\/strong><br \/>Our correspondents caution that if a vessel were to call at a port in Ukraine after a call at a port in the Crimean region, then penalties could follow, including delays, detention and fines.
