On 10 May 2022, at the discharge port, the Vessel tendered her NOR. In arbitration, the Tribunal found that the NOR was invalid. No further NOR had been served.<\/p>\n<p>The Vessel subsequently berthed on 13 May. On 14 May, the Vessel\u2019s hatches were opened in preparation for discharge operations, but discharge was prevented from commencing due to high phosphine levels. The Vessel was then ordered to leave the berth and to return to the anchorage. The Vessel did not berth again until 27 July 2022.
