{"id":8563,"date":"2004-07-22T09:49:33","date_gmt":"2004-07-22T09:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.14\/index.php\/2004\/07\/22\/suez-canal-4\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T01:22:07","modified_gmt":"2025-08-31T17:22:07","slug":"suez-canal-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/zh\/suez-canal-4\/","title":{"rendered":"\u82cf\u4f0a\u58eb\u8fd0\u6cb3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Changes to the Rules of Navigation<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Suez Canal Rules of Navigation relating to the assignment of extra pilots have been changed, as a result of the waterway&#8217;s considerable development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lethsuez.com\/SCA_Circulars\/circ022004.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Circular No. 2\/2004<\/a>, the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) advises that Para.G.B. Article 11 SC Rules of Navigation have been amended to read as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;G) Extra pilots:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(1) Extra pilots shall be assigned in the following cases:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B) Fourth generation container ships, third generation container ships over 60 000 S.C.G.T. and lashes of 35 000 S.C.G.T. and over&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This change took effect from 1st July 2004.
