美国财政部就制裁的解除发布指南/常见问题解答。欧盟发布解除制裁决定，同时英国财政部也发布了指导通知。联合国第2231号决议终止之前安理会有关伊朗核问题的决议。由于非所有制裁都解禁，协会目前正在详细审查，以确定准确的范围和效力，并将发布进一步通知。

Iran Sanctions – Implementation Day
Members will likely be aware of the lifting of certain US, EU and UN sanctions against Iran following verification by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 16 January 2016 that Iran has implemented the agreed nuclear-related measures as set out in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
The US Treasury has published guidance/FAQs in respect of the lifting of sanctions which we attach. The EU has also published a Decision lifting sanctions with HM Treasury providing a guidance Notice. UN Resolution 2231 provides for the termination of previous Security Council resolutions on the Iranian nuclear issue. Since not all sanctions have been lifted, the Club is currently reviewing the legislation to determine the precise ambit and effect and will report further shortly by way of another News Alert.
