圣埃斯皮里图洲联邦警察关闭了首府维多利亚图巴朗综合港区。巴西淡水河谷公司(托运人)的所有码头已停运，包括铁矿石1号和2号码头、煤炭TPM码头、粮食和肥料TPD3/TPD4码头。普拉亚莫莱港的钢材货运码头仍然正常运转。

Disruption of port activities – Brazil
The Association has been advised of disruptions to port activities in Brazil.
The Federal Police in the state of Espirito Santo has closed the port complex of Tubarão in Vitória. All Vale (Shippers) terminals are inoperative, Pier 1/Pier 2 (iron ore), TPM (Coal), TPD 3/TPD 4 (grains and fertilizer). However, the steel cargo Terminal at Praia Mole is working normally.
