ICS通函建议，由于此事有待调查，目前各公司不应支付收到的任何发票。

Provincial Coastwatch Environmental Monitoring System User Fee

Members are referred to the previous Japan P&I News No.788 dated 8 December 2015.

The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) has issued the attached circular dated 9 March 2017 on the latest developments concerning the collection by the Province of Zambales of the Provincial Coastwatch Environmental Monitoring System User Fee.

The ICS’s circular advises that companies should for the time being not pay in response to any invoices received as the matter will be investigated.
