协会近日获悉土耳其修订毒品走私相关法条。请特别注意没收运输工具的相关规定，现摘要如下。
所有用于制造和交易毒品的涉案运输工具将予以没收。
如有以下任何一种情况，当局将不会归还没收的涉毒运输工具。

Amendments to Turkish Law In relation to Drug Smuggling
The Club has recently been advised of the amendments to Turkish Law in relation to drug smuggling; of particular note is the confiscation of vehicles which has been summarised below:
Any vehicles that are used for drug production and trade will be confiscated.
Any vehicles that are confiscated will not be returned to its owner if any one of the following conditions exist.
