新加坡航运公会（SSA）近期发布了一则由信息融合中心（IFC）发表的关于新加坡海峡海上抢劫、偷盗、行动未遂事件以及其处理方法的评论文章。
文章目的是为了让人们了解新出现的关注领域，包括对事件的分析见解以及观察到的歹徒作案手法。
提醒会员当察觉可疑活动时应立即与当局和IFC联系，不要在遭遇歹徒登船时与其当面对质。

Observations of Sea Robbery, Sea Theft and Attempted Actions Incidents in Singapore Straits and Approaches
The Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) has recently circulated a spot commentary published by the Information Fusion Centre (IFC) on the spike in sea robbery and sea theft and attempted actions incidents in Singapore Straits and approaches.
The commentary aims to provide awareness of emerging areas of concern including the analytical insights into the incidents and the observed modus operandi of the perpetrators.
Members are reminded to contact the local authorities and the IFC immediately, when they sight suspicious activities and not confront the perpetrator when boarding has occurred.
