近期在Priminds Shipping (HK) Co Ltd v. Noble Chartering Inc [2020] EWHC 127 (Comm)一案中，原告（航次租船承租人）针对最终仲裁决定导致的法律问题上诉。根据此决定，原告必须支付被告（二船东）赔偿共计500,000美元及其他费用。二船东是涉案船舶的定期租船承租人。

Apparent Condition of Cargo & Indemnity
In a new case, Priminds Shipping (HK) Co Ltd v. Noble Chartering Inc [2020] EWHC 127 (Comm), where Claimant (voyage charterer) appealed in respect of questions of law arising out of a final arbitration award. Pursuant to the award, the claimant had to pay the defendant (disponent owner’s) claim in the sum of US$500,000 and costs. Disponent owner was the time charterer of the vessel.
