UK保赔协会收到当地通代关于中国伏季休渔的调整通知，以及强调休渔期之前和结束后在中国沿海的渔船活动增加的可能性。
根据《中国农业农村部调整伏季休渔制度的通知》（农业农村部通告【2021】1号）（简称“通告”），自2021年5月1日起，中国沿海的禁渔期将持续生效3到4个月。

China: Summer Fishing Ban Adjustment
We have received the following update from our local correspondent in China, advising on the changes to summer fishing bans, as well as the possibility of increased aqua farming activities along the Chinese coast before the start and ending of the fishing ban.
In accordance with Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas on adjusting the system of summer fishing ban of the People’s Republic of China (Circular [2021] No. 1 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas) (“The Notice”), from May 1st 2021, the fishing ban at coastal areas of China shall come into force for about 3 to 4 months.
