美国农业部（USDA）和加拿大食品检验局（CFIA）发布了2023年亚洲舞毒娥特定风险期。
与2022年相比，远东各地区的风险期并没有变化。
但是，一个重要的变化是，通用名称“Asian gypsy moth”（简称AGM）已变更，因为“gypsy”（吉普赛）一词被认为具有贬义色彩，现已变更为“flighted spongy moth complex”，简称（FSMC）。

US and Canada Release Flighted Spongy Moth Complex (Asian Gypsy Moth) Requirements for 2023
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) have released the specified risk periods for 2023.
The risk periods for the various regions in Far East Asia remain unchanged from the 2022 dates.
However, one specific difference is the change of terminology. The common name “Asian gypsy moth” has been changed as the term “gypsy” has been deemed derogatory. The group of moths making up the AGM complex are now referred to as the flighted spongy moth complex (FSMC).
