BIMCO revised Piracy Clauses in 2013
BIMCO has updated the piracy clauses in 2013. The revised clauses were drafted for time charter parties, single voyage charters and COAs, in order to make parallel with new commercial requirements and changes in case laws. The latest versions of piracy clauses are highly recommended to be used.
