Panama Canal SOPEP Requirements Postponed
Following a recent new requirement for a Panama Canal Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (PCSOPEP) to be implemented on 1 January 2004 for all vessels transiting the Canal, due to concerns raised from the industry the ACP has now postponed the requirement until further notice to consider suggestions received by customers.
