The MV ‘Decurion’ was arrested in Hong Kong by Chimbusco for bunkers supplied to 10 other vessels time chartered by Clan SA.
Clan SA was a company within the same group/company structure as the owners of ‘Decurion’ and the owners of ‘Decurion’ contested their vessel was not lawfully arrested for debts and unpaid bunker bills incurred by the Clan SA.

扣押姐妹船
中国船舶燃料供应总公司在香港扣押了一艘名为 “Decurion” 的船舶，原因是 Clan SA 公司期租的 10 条船没有支付燃油费用。
Clan SA 公司与 “Decurion” 轮船东同属一个集团/公司，”Decurion” 轮船东抗辩认为，由于Clan SA公司的债务和未付燃油账单，而扣押他们船舶的行为是非法的。
