石油公司国际海事论坛(OCIMF)现已发布有关加强船舶防御指南，以有助于阻止非法登轮。
在指南中，OCIMF建议采用分层防御方法，以加强船舶防御：
• 第一层：阻止非法登轮。
• 第二层：阻止或拖延其进入起居舱室，储藏室和机器处所。
• 第三层：阻止或拖延其进入安全舱，当其他防御措施无效时，船员撤退的安全位置。

Maritime Security OCIMF Releases Guidance on Vessel Hardening
The Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) has released guidelines on vessel hardening to help prevent unauthorised boarding.
In their guidance, OCIMF recommends a layered defence approach to hardening vessels:
• First layer: prevents unauthorised access to the vessel.
• Second layer: prevents or delays access to the accommodation block, stores and machinery spaces.
• Third layer: prevents or delays access to the citadel, the safe location for crew to retreat to if all other defences are breached.
