\u4f1a\u5458\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u6563\u88c5\u77ff\u77f3\u8d27\u7269\u6db2\u5316\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u9488\u5bf9\u6db2\u5316\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5c31\u6280\u672f\u539f\u56e0\u4ee5\u53ca\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5df2\u7ecf\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u3002\u82e5\u5904\u7406\u9002\u5f53\uff0c\u8fd0\u8f93\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u6536\u76ca\u3002\u82e5\u5904\u7406\u4e0d\u5584\uff0c\u5219\u4e0d\u4ec5\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5ef6\u8fdf\u548c\u4e89\u8bae\u9020\u6210\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u66f4\u60b2\u5267\u7684\u540e\u679c\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8239\u8236\u706d\u5931\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8239\u5458\u9047\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c3d\u7ba1\u8fc7\u53bb\u534f\u4f1a\u5df2\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5173\u4e8e\u6e90\u4e8e\u67d0\u4e9b\u4e9a\u6d32\u5730\u533a\u77ff\u77f3\u8d27\u7269\u6db2\u5316\u7684\u88c5\u8fd0\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u77ff\u77f3\u6563\u8d27\u8d38\u6613\u6b63\u5f00\u8f9f\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u5730\u533a\uff1a\u897f\u975e\u3002<\/p>\n

West Africa: Loading Mineral Ore Cargoes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Members will be well aware of the risks of liquefaction of mineral ore cargoes shipped in bulk. The Association has provided regular updates to Members on both the technical causes as well as the practical and legal solutions to this persistent challenge. If done well, the shipments can proceed safely and profitably. When they go wrong, it can mean not just financial loss through delay and dispute, but tragedy including the loss of the vessel and her crew can – and have – followed.<\/p>\n

While in the past the Association has addressed these warnings in relation to shipments originating out of certain Asian regions, there is now a new region opening up to the international mineral ore bulk trade : West Africa.<\/p>\n
