More recently, the Club has highlighted problems associated with the carriage of iron ore fines from Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">The Club now has recent experience of shippers in Indonesia presenting cargo declarations which describe cargo as Group C iron ore (ie a cargo that is not liable to liquefy) when tests conducted upon samples of the cargo presented for loading firmly indicated that it was more accurately to be designated as a Group A cargo (ie a cargo liable to liquefy if the moisture content exceeds the Transportable Moisture Limit (TML)).<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Liquefaction Risks &#8211; Iron Ore from Indonesia.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6db2\u5316\u98ce\u9669 &#8211; \u5370\u5c3c\u94c1\u77ff<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5173\u4e8e\u8fd0\u8f93\u6613\u6db2\u5316\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u534f\u4f1a\u5411\u4f1a\u5458\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u901a\u51fd\u3001\u65b0\u95fb\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u9632\u635f\u516c\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u4ee5\u524d\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\u5370\u5ea6\u548c\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u548c\u5370\u5c3c\u7684\u954d\u77ff\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u8fd0\u8f93\u585e\u62c9\u5229\u6602\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u534f\u4f1a\u6700\u8fd1\u9047\u5230\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u5370\u5c3c\u53d1\u8d27\u4eba\u6240\u5ba3\u8f7d\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u79cd\u7c7b\u4e3aC\u7c7b\u94c1\u77ff\uff08\u5373\u8d27\u7269\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6db2\u5316\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5bf9\u88c5\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u6837\u672c\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u8fd9\u6279\u8d27\u7269\u5e94\u5b9a\u4e3aA\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\uff08\u5373\u82e5\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u8d85\u8fc7\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cfTML\uff0c\u8d27\u7269\u6613\u6db2\u5316\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;5421 Members will be aware of the dangers associated with the carriage of cargoes that can liquefy from the various Circulars, News Alerts and Stop Loss articles issued by the Club over recent years.
