The International Labour Organization (ILO) adopted the MLC on 23 February 2006. The text of the Convention can be found here. Following ratification of the Convention by the 30th State on 20 August 2012, the Convention will enter into force internationally on 20 August 2013. As of 27 February 2013, 35 States have now ratified the Convention. A list of those States that have ratified the MLC can be found here.<\/p>\n

The MLC provides a set of comprehensive rights and protection at work for seafarers and aims to achieve minimum on board working conditions covering a wide range of matters, including working hours, health and safety, crew accommodation, seafarers’ welfare and seafarers’ contractual arrangements. The new labour standards contained in the Convention consolidate and update more than 68 international labour standards related to the maritime sector adopted over the last 80 years.<\/p>\n

\u56fd\u9645\u52b3\u5de5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e8e2006\u5e742\u670823\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\u300a\u6d77\u4e8b\u52b3\u5de5\u516c\u7ea6\u300b(MLC)\u3002\u516c\u7ea6\u6587\u672c\u8bf7\u70b9\u51fb \u8fd9\u91cc \u83b7\u5f97\u30022012\u5e748\u670820\u65e5\u7b2c30\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6279\u51c6\u8be5\u516c\u7ea6\uff0c\u516c\u7ea6\u5c06\u4e8e2013\u5e748\u670820\u65e5\u8d77\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u751f\u6548\u3002\u622a\u81f32013\u5e742\u670827\u65e5\uff0c\u5df2\u670935\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6279\u51c6\u516c\u7ea6\u3002\u6279\u51c6\u300a\u6d77\u4e8b\u52b3\u5de5\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u540d\u5355\u53ef\u4ece \u8fd9\u91cc \u83b7\u5f97\u3002<\/p>\n

\u300a\u6d77\u4e8b\u52b3\u5de5\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u4e3a\u8239\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u5957\u5168\u9762\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6743\u5229\u548c\u4fdd\u969c\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u660e\u786e\u8239\u5458\u4e0a\u8239\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u52b3\u52a8\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8239\u5458\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u8d77\u5c45\uff0c\u8239\u5458\u798f\u5229\u548c\u5408\u540c\u5b89\u6392\u5728\u5185\u7684\u8bf8\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u516c\u7ea6\u4e2d\u7684\u65b0\u52b3\u52a8\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5de9\u56fa\u5e76\u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u8fc7\u53bb80\u5e74\u76f8\u5173\u6d77\u4e8b\u90e8\u95e8\u91c7\u7eb3\u768468\u4e2a\u56fd\u9645\u52b3\u52a8\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n
