The Association would like to draw Members’ attention to a recent BIMCO advisory, which addresses possible concerns in respect of shipments of iron ore fines and nickel ore originating from ports in Central America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n

The Association also recently had a matter concerning operations in that area which necessitated further investigations.<\/p>\n

Information gathered during this investigation revealed that old mining operations may be being brought “back on line” , but that there may be limited local expertise in respect of the issue liquefaction which can affect mineral bulk cargoes, particularly iron ore (although other cargoes, notably nickel, fluorspar, coal and bauxite have also been known to suffer this problem).<\/p>\n

\u534f\u4f1a\u63d0\u9192\u4f1a\u5458\u5173\u6ce8\u8fd1\u671f\u4e00\u4efd\u6ce2\u7f57\u7684\u6d77\u56fd\u9645\u822a\u8fd0\u516c\u4f1a\uff08BIMCO\uff09\u7684\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u8ff0\u53ca\u8fd0\u8f93\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u7f8e\u548c\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u6d77\u5730\u533a\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u94c1\u77ff\u548c\u954d\u77ff\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u4e5f\u5bf9\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4f5c\u4e1a\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8c03\u67e5\u6240\u83b7\u4fe1\u606f\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u53ef\u80fd\u6062\u590d\u91c7\u7528\u65e7\u7684\u91c7\u77ff\u4f5c\u4e1a\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6563\u88c5\u77ff\u77f3\u8d27\u7269\u6db2\u5316\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u4e13\u4e1a\u6280\u80fd\u6709\u9650\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5176\u4ed6\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u954d\u77ff\u3001\u8424\u77f3\u3001\u7164\u70ad\u548c\u77fe\u571f\u4e5f\u4f1a\u9047\u5230\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c31\u94c1\u77ff\u800c\u8a00\u5c24\u4e3a\u7a81\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n
