The Joint War Committee has recently reviewed the Listed Areas, last altered 2nd August 2010, and has agreed the following changes which are incorporated in the new list as attached.<\/p>\n

Amended: Somalia, Indian Ocean<\/strong><\/p>\n

Added: Indian Ocean \/ Arabian Sea \/ Gulf of Aden \/ Gulf of Oman \/ Southern Red Sea<\/strong> Waters as defined overleaf<\/p>\n

This list will be published on the LMA and IUA websites and will be accessible to all on www.lmalloyds.com<\/a> and www.iua.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The application of this list on individual contracts will be a matter for specific negotiation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
