That would indicate that insufficient care and attention was paid to the concluding phase of the bunkering operation and perhaps were carried out in a hurry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: UAE-Pollution incidents at ports.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u8054\u5408\u914b\u957f\u56fd: \u6e2f\u53e3\u6c61\u67d3\u4e8b\u4ef6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u534f\u4f1a\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u8fd1\u671f\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u8054\u5408\u914b\u957f\u56fd\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u6cc4\u6f0f\/\u6c61\u67d3\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u662f\uff0c\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u4e8e\u8239\u8236\u5728\u7801\u5934\u63a5\u6536\u6765\u81ea\u5cb8\u4e0a\u6cb9\u7f50\u8f66\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u76ee\u524d\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cc4\u6f0f\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u65f6\uff0c\u96c6\u5408\u7ba1\u9053\u4e0a\u7684\u6cb9\u7ba1\u8fde\u63a5\u5904\u6ca1\u6709\u5951\u5408\u3002\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u6cb9\u7bb1\u64cd\u4f5c\u7684\u6700\u540e\u9636\u6bb5\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8c28\u614e\u548c\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5306\u5fd9\u64cd\u4f5c\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN The Association has become aware of a recent series of incidents at certain ports in the U.A.E. where oil spills \/ pollution have taken place.
