Further to Bulletin 863 and checklist “How to Comply with MARPOL Annex V” , the Club has been advised that at a recent meeting of the Marine Environment Protection Committee at IMO there maybe some relaxation in respect of the discharge of Hold Water Washings (HWW) containing residues harmful to the marine environment (HME).<\/p>\n

At present these cannot be discharged anywhere at sea only into port reception facilities. We understand due to the lack of these facilities this rule is being relaxed until 31st December 2015.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u53d1\u5e03863\u53f7\u516c\u544a\u548c”\u5982\u4f55\u9075\u5b88MARPOL \u9644\u5219V” \u6e05\u5355\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u83b7\u6089\u6700\u8fd1\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u5bf9\u542b\u6709\u5bf9\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u6709\u5bb3\uff08HME\uff09\u8d27\u7269\u6b8b\u4f59\u7269\u7684\u6d17\u8231\u6c34\u7684\u6392\u653e\u8981\u6c42\u6709\u6240\u653e\u677e\u3002<\/p>\n

\u73b0\u6709\u8981\u6c42\u89c4\u5b9a\u6d17\u8231\u6c34\u4e0d\u5f97\u88ab\u6392\u653e\u5230\u6d77\u6d0b\u4e2d\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u800c\u53ea\u80fd\u88ab\u6392\u653e\u5230\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u63a5\u6536\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u3002\u636e\u6211\u4eec\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a5\u6536\u8bbe\u5907\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u88ab\u63a8\u8fdf\u52302015\u5e7412\u670831\u65e5\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n
