\uff09\u5df2\u53d1\u51fa\u58f0\u660e\uff1a\u672a\u968f\u8239\u643a\u5e26\u6709\u6548\u56fd\u9645\u8fd0\u8f93\u5de5\u4eba\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\uff08\u7b80\u79f0&#8221;ITF&#8221; \uff09\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u8239\u8236\u4e0d\u5f97\u8fdb\u5165\u82f1\u54e5\u5c3c\u57c3\u7f57\u6000\u7279\u6e2f\uff08\u5e03\u5170\u5361\u6e2f\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be5\u58f0\u660e\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u60ac\u6302\u4e0b\u5217\u56fd\u5bb6\u8239\u65d7\u7684\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>Argentina Union action on ITF Certificates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Club&#8217;s Argentinian Correspondents have advised that the local Maritime Workers Union (SOMU) have issued a note stating that they will not allow the entrance of any vessel to the port of Ingeniero White (Bahia Blanca) that does not hold a valid ITF certificate on board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exclusion affects ships flagged with the following Flag States.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Bulletin 893 &amp;
