justify;\">2012\u5e744\u6708\u5370\u5ea6\u53d1\u5e03\u300a2012\u5e74\u5370\u5ea6\u5546\u8239\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff08Indian Merchant Shipping Rule 2012\uff09\u3002 \u8be5\u6761\u4f8b\u9002\u7528\u4e8e300\u603b\u5428\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u9a76\u5165\u6216\u9a76\u51fa\u5370\u5ea6\u9886\u6c34\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u3001\u7801\u5934\u3001\u951a\u5730\u6216\u5bfb\u6c42\u6e2f\u53e3\u8bbe\u65bd\u6216\u5370\u5ea6\u6d77\u4e0a\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u975e\u5370\u5ea6\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be5\u7c7b\u8239\u8236\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88\u300a1996\u5e74\u6d77\u4e8b\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\u9650\u5236\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4fdd\u9669\u8986\u76d6\u6d77\u4e8b\u7d22\u8d54\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6761\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8239\u8236\u9700\u62e5\u6709\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u534f\u4f1a\u4e0b\u5c5e\u4f1a\u5458\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>20\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u8239\u6216\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u8239<\/li>\n<li>25\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u6742\u8d27\u8239\u3001\u6563\u8d27\u8239\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u77f3\u6cb9\u652f\u6301\u8239\u3001\u5ba2\u8239\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u79cd\u7c7b\u7684\u8d27\u8239<\/li>\n<li>30\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8239\u6216\u6db2\u5316\u77f3\u6cb9\u6c14\u8239<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u6761\u4f8b\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba\u9700\u572848\u5c0f\u65f6\u524d\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u822a\u8fd0\u4ee3\u7406\u5411\u76f8\u5173\u6e2f\u53e3\u5f53\u5c40\u63d0\u4ea4\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u526f\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\/\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba\u9700\u786e\u4fdd\u8239\u8236\u505c\u7559\u5728\u6761\u4f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5185\u65f6\uff0c\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u6709\u6548\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u8239\u4e0a\u4fdd\u7559\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u539f\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5907\u68c0\u67e5\u6240\u9700\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u6e05\u6670\u8d77\u89c1\uff0c\u6761\u4f8b\u5c06&#8221;\u4fdd\u8d54\u9669&#8221;\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a&#8221;\u7531IG\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5f97\u5230\u5370\u5ea6\u653f\u5e9c\u5373\u65f6\u6388\u6743\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b&#8221;\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6761\u4f8b\u6ca1\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a\u5370\u5ea6\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6388\u6743\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u663e\u7136\uff0c\u6761\u4f8b\u4e00\u65e6\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u8be5\u4e3e\u63aa\u5c06\u5bf9\u5927\u91cf\u5916\u56fd\u8239\u8236\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u30027\u670819\u65e5\u5370\u5ea6\u822a\u8fd0\u90e8\u4e0b\u4ee4\u7ec4\u6210\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u5982\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u3001\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u51fa\u5177\u4e00\u4efd\u6307\u5357\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5f53\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a\u5982\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30\u6536\u5230\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8d77\u8349\u6307\u5357\u65f6\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u822a\u8fd0\u8054\u5408\u79d8\u4e66\u5904\u5374\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff0c\u975eIG\u534f\u4f1a\u6295\u4fdd\u7684\u8239\u8236\u9760\u5370\u5ea6\u6e2f\u65f6\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u5177\u4f53\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5177\u4f53\u5206\u6790\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u5f53\u5730\u6e2f\u53e3\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u572848\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6211\u4eec\u5f3a\u70c8\u5efa\u8bae\u88ab\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u5728\u540c\u610f\u8239\u8236\u505c\u9760\u5370\u5ea6\u4efb\u4f55\u6e2f\u53e3\u524d\uff0c\u5c3d\u65e9\u901a\u77e5\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u4ee3\u7406\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4e0d\u5e94\u6709\u7684\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7531 ANDREW LIU &amp; CO.,LTD \u7f16\u8bd1\uff0c\u5e94\u4ee5\u82f1\u6587\u4e3a\u51c6\uff01<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>India &#8211; Merchant Shipping Rule 2012<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Indian Merchant Shipping Rule 2012 that was published in April 2012. The regulation applies to non Indian vessels above 300 GT entering into or sailing out of ports, terminals, anchorages or seeking port facilities or Indian offshore facilities in Indian territorial waters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These vessels will be required to be in possessions of insurance coverage against maritime claims subject to the terms established in LLMC 1996.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, the following vessels shall be required to be classed with a classification society member of the International Association of Classification Societies:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Oil product or chemical tankers older than 20 years.<\/li>\n<li>General cargo ships or bulk carriers or offshore support vessels or passenger vessels or any other type of cargo vessels older than 25 years.<\/li>\n<li>Liquefied natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas tankers older than 30 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The operator of a vessel subject to this regulation shall submit either directly or through a shipping agent copies of insurance policy and Certificate of Class of the vessel to the pertinent Port Authority forty eight hours in advance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition the owner\/operator ensures the validity of the insurance policy and the Certificate of Class during the vessel&#8217;s stay within the areas subject to this regulation, as well as to keep originals on board and available for inspection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In its quest for clarity the Regulation sought to define &#8220;protection and indemnity insurance&#8221; as &#8220;that provided by the members of the International Group of Protection and Indemnity Clubs or such other Insurance Company as authorised from time to time by the Government of India.&#8221; The Regulation, however, fell short of establishing a procedure for those other Insurance Companies to be authorised.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When it became evident that once in force this measure affected many foreign ships, the Ministry of Shipping issued an Order on the 19th of July constituting a Committee for recommending the guidelines for evaluation of P&amp;I Clubs, insurance companies and classification societies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whilst the Committee works on the guidelines for evaluation of applications received, the Indian Joint Secretary of Shipping has provided his assurances that applications to call India by vessels covered by non IG Clubs will be reviewed within 48 hours on a case by case basis, subject to compliance with Local Port requirement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We strongly recommend our assured to notify their appointed local agents prior to agreeing calling any Indian port as early as possible to avoid undue delays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file : ALCO20120059 India-Merchant \u8be5\u7c7b\u8239\u8236\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5b88\u300a1996\u5e74\u6d77\u4e8b\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\u9650\u5236\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4fdd\u9669\u8986\u76d6\u6d77\u4e8b\u7d22\u8d54\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6761\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8239\u8236\u9700\u62e5\u6709\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u534f\u4f1a\u4e0b\u5c5e\u4f1a\u5458\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002 20\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u4ea7\u54c1\u8239\u6216\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u8239 25\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u6742\u8d27\u8239\u3001\u6563\u8d27\u8239\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u77f3\u6cb9\u652f\u6301\u8239\u3001\u5ba2\u8239\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u79cd\u7c7b\u7684\u8d27\u8239 30\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8239\u9f84\u7684\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8239\u6216\u6db2\u5316\u77f3\u6cb9\u6c14\u8239 \u6839\u636e\u6761\u4f8b\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba\u9700\u572848\u5c0f\u65f6\u524d\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u822a\u8fd0\u4ee3\u7406\u5411\u76f8\u5173\u6e2f\u53e3\u5f53\u5c40\u63d0\u4ea4\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u526f\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\/\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba\u9700\u786e\u4fdd\u8239\u8236\u505c\u7559\u5728\u6761\u4f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5185\u65f6\uff0c\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u6709\u6548\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u8239\u4e0a\u4fdd\u7559\u4fdd\u5355\u548c\u8239\u7ea7\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u539f\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5907\u68c0\u67e5\u6240\u9700\u3002
