outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">In a very recent decision of domestic and international significance, the Federal Court of Australia has determined that London arbitration awards obtained by vessel owners against an Australian charterer under a voyage charter are unenforceable in Australia by reason of the operation of section 11 of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1991 (Cth) (COGSA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0cDampskibsselskabet Norden A\/S v Beach Building &amp; Civil Group Pty Ltd \u4e00\u6848\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\u4f9d\u636e1991\u5e74\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u6cd5(Cth)(COGSA)\u7b2c11\u6761\uff0c\u5224\u5b9a\u822a\u6b21\u79df\u8239\u4e0b\u8239\u4e1c\u9488\u5bf9\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u79df\u5bb6\u7684\u4f26\u6566\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5f97\u5230\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px;
