<\/span><\/p>\n

In this circular, we would like to alert shipowners and charterers about the carriage of the Zinc-rich by-products originated from Bar, Montenegro because of the recent incidents arising from the concentration of moisture of this product.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipowners and charterers should be aware that Zinc-rich cargo can fall into Group “A” cargo in the IMSBC Code. If the moisture content of the Zinc-rich cargo is higher than the Transportable Moisture Limited (TML), the vessel will be required to carry out a full discharge at the loading port or an intermediate port (or more accurately a port of refuge) in order to dry the cargo to an acceptable level. But this action may give rise to a dispute of hire.<\/p>\n

Shipowners and charterers are recommended to seek detailed advice from Clubs prior to loading cargoes of Zinc, Zinc Ore, Zinc Oxides, Zinc concentrate or Pyrites from Montenegro.<\/p>\n

\u627f\u8f7d\u6765\u81ea\u9ed1\u5c71\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u5df4\u5c14\u7684\u5bcc\u950c\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u9274\u4e8e\u6700\u8fd1\u51e0\u8d77\u6765\u81ea\u9ed1\u5c71\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u5df4\u5c14\u88c5\u8fd0\u5bcc\u950c\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u8d85\u6807\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u63d0\u9192\u8239\u4e1c\u53ca\u79df\u5bb6\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8be5\u8d27\u7269\u65f6\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8239\u4e1c\u53ca\u79df\u5bb6\u5e94\u8be5\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u5bcc\u950c\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u8fd0\u56fa\u4f53\u6563\u8d27\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4e2d\u53ef\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3aA\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u3002\u5982\u5bcc\u950c\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u9002\u8fd0\u6c34\u5206\u9650\u91cf\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5c06\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u53ea\u5728\u88c5\u6e2f\u6216\u5728\u4e2d\u9014\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u907f\u96be\u6e2f\u5378\u8f7d\u6240\u6709\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u5e72\u71e5\u8d27\u7269\u76f4\u81f3\u8fbe\u5230\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u4e3a\u6b62\u3002\u4f46\u8bf7\u7559\u610f\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u4e00\u8fde\u4e32\u7684\u79df\u7ea6\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002<\/p>\n

\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u79df\u5bb6\u5e94\u5728\u8ba1\u5212\u4ece\u9ed1\u5c71\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u627f\u8f7d\u542b\u950c\u8d27\u7269\u3001\u542b\u6c27\u5316\u950c\u8d27\u7269\u3001\u7cbe\u70bc\u950c\u6216\u786b\u5316\u94c1\u77ff\u524d\u54a8\u8be2\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u83b7\u53d6\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n
