The Correspondent for Indonesia, Spica Services, reports that the Ministry of Energy and Resources is imposing a ban on the export of certain unprocessed mining commodities including metal minerals such as nickel ore, iron ore and iron sand.<\/p>\n

Regulation No. 7 of 2012 “Increase in Mineral’s Added Value Through Mineral’s Processing and Refined Activities” is to come into force as from 6 May 2012. A copy of the Regulation is attached.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the ban is to encourage the development of local processing plants, thereby ensuring that a greater proportion of the potential value of these commodities is retained locally.<\/p>\n

\u636e\u5370\u5c3c\u901a\u4ee3(Spica Services)\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u5370\u5c3c\u80fd\u6e90\u4e0e\u77ff\u4ea7\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u5f3a\u5236\u7981\u6b62\u51fa\u53e3\u67d0\u4e9b\u672a\u52a0\u5de5\u77ff\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u954d\u77ff\u3001\u94c1\u77ff\u77f3\u3001\u94c1\u77ff\u7802\u7b49\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u77ff\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n

2012\u5e74\u7b2c7\u53f7\u6761\u4f8b “\u901a\u8fc7\u52a0\u5de5\u548c\u63d0\u70bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u77ff\u4ea7\u9644\u52a0\u503c” \uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e2012\u5e745\u67086\u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\u3002\u9644\u4ef6\u4e3a\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u4f9b\u60a8\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u4e8e\u9f13\u52b1\u5f53\u5730\u52a0\u5de5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u77ff\u4ea7\u54c1\u6f5c\u5728\u4ef7\u503c\u4fdd\u7559\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n
