Members will already be aware of recent regulations by the Grain Board of Iraq (“GBI”) that require outturn documents to be signed without reservation, as reported in the Club’s News Alert of 18 March 2013 click here .<\/span><\/p>\n

The International Group of P&I Clubs (“IG”) is engaged in discussions to persuade the GBI to allow the Master or ship’s agent to sign documents that record the condition or quantity of cargo on a “without prejudice” and “for receipt only” basis. Whilst the dialogue is on-going, there has been no change of policy by the GBI as yet.<\/p>\n

\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2\uff08IG\uff09\u5411\u4f0a\u62c9\u514b\u8c37\u7269\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42 – \u5141\u8bb8\u8239\u957f\u6216\u8239\u5458\u201c\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\u5730\u201d\u7b7e\u7f72\u8d27\u7269\u5355\u636e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u534f\u4f1a2013\u5e743\u670818\u65e5\u7684 \u65b0\u95fb\u8b66\u544a \uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458\u5e94\u8be5\u5df2\u7ecf\u83b7\u6089\u4f0a\u62c9\u514b\u8c37\u7269\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a(GBI)\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5373\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u957f\u6216\u8239\u5458\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6\u5730\u5728\u5378\u8d27\u5355\u636e\u4e0a\u7b7e\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n

\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2(IG)\u6b63\u5728\u4e0eGBI\u5546\u8ba8\u6b64\u4e8b\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u8bf4\u670dGBI\u5141\u8bb8\u8239\u957f\u6216\u8239\u4ee3\uff0c\u5728\u7b7e\u7f72\u6709\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u72b6\u51b5\u6216\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u5355\u636e\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6279\u6ce8\u4e0a”without prejudice\uff08\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5404\u65b9\u6743\u5229\uff09”\u548c”for receipt only\uff08\u4ec5\u7528\u4ee5\u786e\u8ba4\u6536\u5230\u8be5\u5355\u636e\uff09”\u3002\u53cc\u65b9\u5bf9\u8bdd\u8fd8\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\uff0c\u76ee\u524dGBI\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n
