 The death casualty while voyage is unforeseeable. Therefore, the method to disposal of dead body while voyage which may assist the forensic investigation and minimise distress to family members. There is common misconception that the freeze was the best method to preserve the dead body.<\/p>\n

In fact, frozen of dead body may tissues dehydrate and develops freezer burn and turn black. A rapid freezing of body could damage the intact of body and cause the post-mortem injury, including cranial fracture. Any damage of dead body may results difficulty of forensic investigation. Also the thaw of a frozen body will cause the body decompose quickly than normal and will cause the danger of losing vital information. This can have a negative impact on the interpretation of injuries, as well as on attempts at visual recognition by family members.<\/p>\n

Refer to the UKMCA ‘Ship Captain’s Medical Guide’, it is suggested the body should be refrigerated at 4\u00b0 Celsius If it is anticipated that the body will not be stored on board for longer than two months then. If the body is to be stored on board for longer than two months then freezing or embalming may be necessary.

\u822a\u884c\u9014\u4e2d\u53d1\u751f\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e8b\u4ef6\u662f\u65e0\u6cd5\u9884\u89c1\u7684, \u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u822a\u884c\u9014\u4e2d\u5904\u7406\u6b7b\u4ea1\u5c38\u4f53\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4e8b\u540e\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u533b\u8c03\u67e5\u53ca\u51cf\u8f7b\u6b7b\u8005\u5bb6\u5c5e\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u3002\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u89c2\u5ff5\u662f\uff0c\u51b0\u51bb\u5c38\u4f53\u662f\u4fdd\u5b58\u5c38\u4f53\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u529e\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u51b0\u51bb\u5c38\u4f53\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4eba\u4f53\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8131\u6c34\uff0c\u5c38\u4f53\u51fa\u73b0\u51bb\u6591\u5e76\u81f4\u76ae\u80a4\u53d1\u9ed1\u3002\u5bf9\u5c38\u4f53\u6025\u51bb\u5904\u7406\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u7834\u574f\u5c38\u4f53\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u6b7b\u4ea1\u540e\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9885\u9aa8\u9aa8\u6298\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5bf9\u5c38\u4f53\u7684\u635f\u5bb3\u90fd\u4f1a\u4f7f\u6cd5\u533b\u8c03\u67e5\u4ea7\u751f\u56f0\u96be\u3002\u540c\u6642, \u5c38\u4f53\u89e3\u51bb\u4f1a\u4f7f\u7684\u5c38\u4f53\u6bd4\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u66f4\u5feb\u8150\u70c2\u5e76\u4f1a\u635f\u5bb3\u5c38\u4f53\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u5bf9\u6b7b\u8005\u4f24\u60c5\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u5b58\u5728\u4e0d\u826f\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5229\u4e8e\u6b7b\u8005\u5bb6\u5c5e\u8fa8\u8ba4\u6b7b\u8005\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n
