Heavy smoke emitted from cargo holds during loading. The Clubs have been informed and surveyors have been sent. The cargoes have been found to be at very high temperature and the cargos at the stage of spontaneous combustion. Cargoes operation have been suspended. Huge efforts and time have been spent to stop the spontaneous combustion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At present, some Clubs request compulsory preloading survey for coal cargo in Indonesia. Some Clubs are taking a relaxed approach.
