 Circular 1: Recent Human Errors – Worldwide ( from UK)<\/span><\/p>\n

The Club has been made aware of an increasing number of human errors resulting in injury that have been made public. A case highlighting this problem was brought to the Club’s attention and involved a senior crew member falling in a cargo hold and sustaining severe injuries from which he later died in hospital. Details please refer to attached circular 1.<\/p>\n

Circular 2: Piracy: Puerto la Cruz \/ Barcelona City area – Venezuela ( from UK)<\/p>\n

Incidents of Piracy have been reported in the regions surrounding Puerto la Cruz & Barcelona City anchorages off the north coast of Venezuela. We understand support in such circumstances is limited. Vessels awaiting a berth in Jose or another oil terminal in the area are requested, by the Port Authority to proceed to the anchorage in the vicinity of Barcelona City. It is advised that if possible ships do not anchor here but instead anchor in the Bahia de Pozuelos, in the area of Puerto la Cruz city. Details please refer to circular 2.<\/p>\n

\u534f\u4f1a\u6700\u8fd1\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u62a5\u9053\u7684\u56e0\u4eba\u4e3a\u8fc7\u5931\u5bfc\u81f4\u4f24\u4ea1\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u6570\u91cf\u5448\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u4e00\u8d77\u51f8\u663e\u8be5\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u66f4\u662f\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u5728\u8be5\u8d77\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u8d44\u6df1\u8239\u5458\u56e0\u8dcc\u843d\u8d27\u8231\u800c\u8eab\u53d7\u91cd\u4f24\uff0c\u9001\u9662\u533b\u6cbb\u65e0\u6548\u8eab\u4ea1\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u8bf7\u67e5\u770b\u901a\u51fd\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6e2f\u53e3\u5f53\u5c40\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u7ea6\u65af\u6e2f\u6216\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5176\u5b83\u6cb9\u7801\u5934\u7b49\u5f85\u6cca\u4f4d\u7684\u8239\u8236\u524d\u5f80\u5df4\u585e\u7f57\u7eb3\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u951a\u5730\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u4e0d\u8981\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u951a\u6cca\uff0c\u800c\u9009\u62e9\u5728\u62c9\u514b\u9c81\u65af\u6e2f\u7684Bahia de Pozuelos \u951a\u6cca\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u8bf7\u67e5\u770b\u901a\u51fd\u4e8c\u3002<\/p>\n
