These vessels pose a risk to the safety of navigation by obstructing port approaches and traffic flow. There have been several reported cases of collision incidents involving vessels as well as reports on submarine cable damage caused by such indiscriminate anchoring of vessels at non-designated anchorages along the Straits of Malacca and Singapore. Details please refer to attached circular 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Circular 2: Calcium Hypochlorite frequently asked questions &#8211; International Group of P&amp;I Clubs (from BSM,Gard,UK)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The International Group wishes to raise awareness to the wider maritime industry of the hazards and precautions associated with Calcium Hypochlorite through the following FAQ&#8217;s. Hereby, we attach circulars from BSM, GARD and UK.
