A part of her passage is southeast through a narrow buoyed channel in Danish waters. The channel is also on the passage plan of a 60,000 GT tanker with a draught of 9 metres. She is in ballast condition and is on her way from Germany to Norway. Her intention is to pass through the same channel northwest-bound. The two vessels will transit the channel in opposite directions at about the same time. The depth outside the channel is around 12 metres. The passages are to take place during daylight with good visibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two pilots are on the bridge of the tanker, as per IMO recommendation regarding the use of pilots on ships with a draught of 11 metres or more when following established routes into the Baltic Sea, although there is no obligation to do so. An OOW, an AB as helmsman and a look-out are also on the bridge. The vessel is on manual steering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Gard AS &#8211; Case study no 33 Single watchkeeping.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u5206\u6790\uff1a\u4ec5\u4e00\u540d\u503c\u73ed\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u5f53\u73ed\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u8239\u8236\u78b0\u649e\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e00\u82584,000\u603b\u5428\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u534a\u8f7d\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u8239\uff0c\u4ece\u514b\u91cc\u65af\u8482\u5b89\u6851(Kristiansand)\u9a76\u5f80\u4e0d\u6765\u6885\u6e2f(Bremerhaven), \u5403\u6c345\u7c73\u3002\u822a\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6709\u4e00\u6bb5\u662f\u4ece\u4e1c\u5357\u65b9\u5411\u7a7f\u8d8a\u4e39\u9ea6\u6d77\u57df\u7684\u72ed\u7a84\u822a\u9053\uff0c\u8be5\u822a\u9053\u8bbe\u6709\u6d6e\u6807\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u8258\u5403\u6c349\u7c73\uff0c60,000\u603b\u5428\u7684\u6cb9\u8f6e\u4e5f\u8ba1\u5212\u4ece\u8be5\u822a\u9053\u901a\u8fc7\u3002\u6cb9\u8f6e\u538b\u8f7d\u822a\u884c\uff0c\u6b63\u4ece\u632a\u5a01\u8fd4\u822a\u5fb7\u56fd\u3002\u8be5\u8239\u8ba1\u5212\u4ece\u897f\u5317\u65b9\u5411\u7a7f\u8d8a\u540c\u4e00\u822a\u9053\u3002\u4e24\u8239\u5c06\u51e0\u4e4e\u540c\u65f6\u4ee5\u76f8\u53cd\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u901a\u8fc7\u822a\u9053\u3002\u822a\u9053\u6c34\u6df1\u7ea6\u4e3a12\u7c73\u3002\u4e24\u8239\u9884\u8ba1\u5728\u767d\u5929\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u826f\u597d\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u901a\u8fc7\u822a\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c11\u7c73\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5403\u6c34\u8239\u8236\u5728\u6309\u8ba1\u5212\u822a\u7ebf\u8fdb\u5165\u6ce2\u7f57\u7684\u6d77\u65f6\uff0c\u624d\u9700\u8981\u5b89\u6392\u5f15\u6c34\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5e76\u975e\u5fc5\u987b\uff0c\u4f46\u8be5\u6cb9\u8f6e\u6709\u4e24\u540d\u5f15\u6c34\u5728\u9a7e\u9a76\u53f0\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u503c\u73ed\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u3001\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8235\u624b\u7684\u4e00\u6c34\u548c\u4e86\u671b\u5458\u4e5f\u5728\u9a7e\u9a76\u53f0\u4e0a\u3002\u8239\u8236\u7531\u4eba\u5de5\u9a7e\u9a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; A partly-laden container ship of around 4,000 GT is en route from Kristiansand to Bremerhaven with a draught of 5 metres.
