Immigration were called to the vessel and in each case, the illegal&#8217;s were declared to be &#8220;stowaways&#8221; by Immigration rather than what were previously called &#8220;trespassers&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Change to stowaway classification &#8211; South Africa.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u5fb7\u73ed\u5bf9\u5077\u6e21\u8005\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u65b9\u5f0f\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316 &#8211; \u5357\u975e<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u9a7b\u5357\u975e\u901a\u8baf\u5458\u4ece\u5fb7\u73ed\u53d1\u56de\u6d88\u606f\u79f0\uff1a\u5357\u975e\u5f53\u5c40\u5bf9\u5077\u6e21\u8005\u7684\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u5df2\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4e24\u5468\uff0c\u5357\u975e\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u4e09\u8d77\u5077\u6e21\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u4ece\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u5904\u7406\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u5bf9\u9760\u6cca\u4e8e\u5fb7\u73ed\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u8239\u4e0a\u6240\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u5077\u6e21\u8005\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u524d\u8ff0\u4e09\u8d77\u5077\u6e21\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6240\u6d89\u8239\u8236\u5747\u5728\u6e2f\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u8d27\u7269\u88c5\u5378\u4f5c\u4e1a\u671f\u95f4\u6216\u8fdb\u884c\u79bb\u6e2f\u524d\u5077\u6e21\u8005\u641c\u67e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u53d1\u73b0\u8239\u4e0a\u6709\u975e\u6cd5\u5077\u6e21\u4eba\u5458\u3002\u8239\u8236\u968f\u5373\u901a\u77e5\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u6d3e\u4eba\u4e0a\u8239\u3002\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u79f0\u5bf9\u6b64\u7c7b\u975e\u6cd5\u5165\u5883\u8005\u7684\u79f0\u8c13\u7531\u4e4b\u524d\u7684&#8221;\u975e\u6cd5\u5165\u4fb5\u8005&#8221;\u6539\u6210\u4e86&#8221;\u5077\u6e21\u5ba2&#8221;\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN We have been informed by our South African Correspondent in Durban that there havebeen changes in the way authorities&#8217; deal with stowaways.
