\u6839\u636e\u6b64\u9879\u79bb\u6e2f\u524d\u9884\u62a5\u8231\u5355\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4ee5\u65e5\u672c\u6e2f\u53e3\u4e3a\u5378\u8d27\u6e2f\u7684\u8239\u8236\u8425\u8fd0\u4eba\u548c\u65e0\u8239\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u8239\u8236\u79bb\u5f00\u88c5\u8d27\u6e2f\u4e4b\u524d24\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u4ee5\u7535\u5b50\u6570\u636e\u5f62\u5f0f\u5411\u65e5\u672c\u6e2f\u53e3\u9884\u5148\u7533\u62a5\u6240\u8f7d\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u65e7\u89c4\u5219(\u8fdb\u6e2f\u9884\u62a5\u89c4\u5219)\u4ec5\u4ec5\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u8236\u8425\u8fd0\u4eba\u5728\u8239\u8236\u62b5\u8fbe\u65e5\u672c\u5378\u8d27\u6e2f\u524d24\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u8f83\u4e3a\u7b3c\u7edf\u7684\u8f7d\u8d27\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n

Japan New Customs Regulation (24 Hour Rule)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The new ‘Advance Filing Rules’ (AFR or JP24), the Japanese version of the 24 Hour Rule, were implemented in Japan on 10th March, 2014 following the amendment to the Customs Tariffs Law in March, 2012.<\/p>\n

The pre-departure Filing Rules require all vessel operators and NVOCC’s to electronically submit more detailed cargo information on all containerised cargoes due to be unloaded at a Japanese port no later than 24 hours before the vessel’s departure from the port of loading. The previous rules (the pre-arrival filing) only required vessel operators to submit less detailed cargo information to Customs 24 hours prior to the vessels arrival at a Japanese port for unloading.<\/p>\n
