\u6839\u636eIG\u534f\u4f1a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u6d77\u76d7\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u9898\u89e3\u7b54\u300b<\/a>\u548c2012\u5e74\u6625\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u901a\u51fd<\/a>\uff0c\u6ce2\u7f57\u7684\u6d77\u56fd\u9645\u822a\u8fd0\u516c\u4f1a(BIMCO)\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u8239\u4e0a\u96c7\u4f63\u79c1\u4eba\u6d77\u4e0a\u5b89\u4fdd\u516c\u53f8\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5373GUARDCON\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u627f\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u5206\u644a\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n

GUARDCON\u81ea2012\u5e74\u51fa\u53f0\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u4e3a\u96c7\u4f63\u79c1\u4eba\u6d77\u4e0a\u5b89\u4fdd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e1a\u754c\u6807\u51c6\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u7edf\u4e00\u4e86\u96c7\u4f63\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u7b80\u5355\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

GUARDCON\u6700\u521d\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u4e1c\u975e\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6d77\u76d7\u6d3b\u52a8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u81ea\u5176\u6295\u5165\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6d77\u76d7\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u8303\u56f4\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u5305\u62ec\u897f\u975e\u6d77\u5cb8\u4e9a\u4e01\u6e7e\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6d77\u76d7\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5a01\u80c1\u3002<\/p>\n

GUARDCON – Amendments for West Africa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Members are referred to the International Group\u2019s Piracy FAQs<\/a> and \u9632\u635f\u901a\u51fd<\/a> published by the International Group clubs in spring 2012, confirming that the BIMCO GUARDCON contract for the employment of private maritime security companies (PMSCs) on vessels conforms with club cover and pooling arrangements.<\/p>\n

GUARDCON has been in existence since 2012 and has become the industry-standard contract for the employment of PMSCs, harmonising terms of engagement and making the process simpler and quicker for shipowners.<\/p>\n

GUARDCON was designed with East Africa in mind but since its inception, the shipping industry\u2019s focus has widened to include piracy and other threats to shipping in the Gulf of Guinea off West Africa.<\/p>\n
