Once the deadline for comments is concluded, it will be too late to voice any objections or comments and the carriers will be forced to deal with the implications, costs and consequences of the rule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Impact of New US Food Safety Rules on Carriers of Food.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"color: #022469; font-size: 12pt;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u65b0\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u89c4\u5bf9\u98df\u54c1\u8fd0\u8f93\u8239\u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2011\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u66fe\u544a\u77e5\u4f1a\u5458\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u6848\u300a\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u73b0\u4ee3\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u90e8\u5206\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u5e94\u5b9e\u65bd\u300a\u536b\u751f\u98df\u54c1\u8fd0\u8f93\u6cd5\u300b\u5e76\u9881\u5e03\u6761\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u3001\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u3001\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u53c2\u4e0e\u98df\u54c1\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u4eba\u58eb\u91c7\u53d6\u536b\u751f\u8fd0\u8f93\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u98df\u54c1\u4e0d\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63ba\u6742\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u5df2\u5230\u4e86\u8981\u4ed8\u8bf8\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u6700\u540e\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c2014\u5e745\u670831\u65e5\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5bf9\u8349\u62df\u6cd5\u89c4\u63d0\u51fa\u610f\u89c1\u7684\u6700\u540e\u671f\u9650\u3002\u8d85\u8fc7\u6700\u540e\u671f\u9650\u5373\u4e0d\u5f97\u518d\u63d0\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u5f02\u8bae\u6216\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u5c4a\u65f6\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u5c06\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5e94\u5bf9\u7531\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u540e\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN &nbsp;&nbsp; In January 2011, the UK Club informed Members that a new food safety law called the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) was passed in the US.
