When a vessel is moored in an anchorage and its operating systems have been shut down, other than submitting relevant documentations, owners should beware of the laid-up return rules which marked in the certificate\/policy\/application form before applying laid-up return.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a recent case, PICC rejected a laid-up return application because of late declaration.
