London Arbitration 18\/13 (2013) 889 LMLN 4 has potentially far reaching consequences for the chartering community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assureds should consider amending their stevedore damage clauses where stevedores are Owners servants and the assured (as Charterers) are excluded from liability for the negligence of stevedores.
