An engineer, while working in the boat and unaware of the hook problem, felt it judder and realised it had started to move. This would not have been a major issue had the simulation wires not parted, that they did meant the boat launched off the back of the ship and the engineer was injured.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file:&nbsp;Freefall Lifeboat Incident.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u81ea\u7531\u964d\u843d\u5f0f\u6551\u751f\u8247\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u8fd0\u8f93\u5b89\u5168\u5c40\uff08ATSB\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u7bc7\u6709\u5173\u81ea\u7531\u964d\u843d\u5f0f\u6551\u751f\u8247\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u5bfc\u3002\u534f\u4f1a\u5e0c\u671b\u6b64\u6b21\u4e8b\u6545\u80fd\u5f15\u8d77\u914d\u5907\u7c7b\u4f3c\u81ea\u964d\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8239\u8236\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u91cd\u89c6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e8b\u6545\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u7528\u4e8e\u56fa\u5b9a\u6551\u751f\u8247\u7684\u540a\u94a9\u5728\u524d\u51e0\u6b21\u7684\u6551\u751f\u8247\u65bd\u653e\u6f14\u4e60\u540e\u672a\u6b63\u786e\u590d\u4f4d\u6240\u81f4\u3002\u4e8b\u53d1\u65f6\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u8f6e\u673a\u5458\u6b63\u5728\u6551\u751f\u8247\u5185\u4f5c\u4e1a\uff0c\u672a\u53d1\u73b0\u540a\u94a9\u5b58\u5728\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u9707\u8361\u624d\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u6551\u751f\u8247\u5df2\u5728\u79fb\u52a8\u3002\u5373\u4fbf\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6a21\u62df\u7ef3\u7d22\u672a\u65ad\u88c2\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u917f\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\u6551\u751f\u8247\u5728\u8239\u5c3e\u540e\u65b9\u5760\u5165\u6d77\u4e2d\uff0c\u81f4\u4f7f\u8be5\u8f6e\u673a\u5458\u53d7\u4f24\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has released a report involving a freefall lifeboat accident that the Club wishes to bring to the attention of owners of vessels fitted with similar freefall systems.
