Ukrainian situation Update<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This notice further updates the ongoing situation in Ukraine and Crimea. Owners should pay more attention of the potential risks if vessel is going to call ports in Ukraine after calling ports in Crimea.<\/p>\n

Recently, the Ukrainian government has passed laws regarding the special entry procedures for persons and the closure of the ports in Crimea. All Nationals and foreign citizens who wish to enter or depart the Ukraine to and from Crimea will be under special entry procedures. The practical ports measure is in doubt due to the handover of the operational control of Crimea to Russia.<\/p>\n
