This has resulted in several significant cargo exposures. The Club has revisited and updated the advice as below concerning the handling of steel cargoes in order to reaffirm best practice going forward.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file:&nbsp;<br \/>ALCO20140040 Steel Cargo Pre-load surveys: An update.pdf<br \/>API Circular No.23-14.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u88c5\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\uff1a\u66f4\u65b0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f: \u672c\u901a\u51fd\u53ea\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f1a(API)\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8fd9\u5219\u66f4\u65b0\u901a\u51fd\u53d6\u4ee3\u534f\u4f1a\u57282002\u5e743\u670820\u65e5\u6240\u53d1\u5e03\u7684<a href=\"http:\/\/www.american-club.com\/files\/files\/cir_06_02.pdf\">\u901a\u51fd06\/02<\/a>\uff0c\u9898\u76ee\u4e3a\u201c\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8fd0\u8f93\uff1a\u88c5\u5378\u68c0\u9a8c\u201d\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5e7f\u6cdb\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u5bf9\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u9884\u9632\u68c0\u9a8c\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u9884\u671f\u7684\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u7d22\u8d54\u6848\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u534f\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u5f88\u591a\u4f1a\u5458\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u5728\u88c5\u6e2f\u8fdb\u884c\u8fd9\u79cd\u9884\u9632\u68c0\u9a8c\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u82e5\u5e72\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u98ce\u9669\u66b4\u9732\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u534f\u4f1a\u53d1\u51fa\u8fd9\u5219\u66f4\u65b0\u901a\u51fd\u3002\u534f\u4f1a\u5df2\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u67e5\u5e76\u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u4e8e\u5904\u7406\u94a2\u6750\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4ee5\u91cd\u7533\u73b0\u884c\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u505a\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;API Circular No.23-14 Kindly reminder: this circular is only applicable to the clients of API Club.
