AGM populations are prevalent in some seaport areas in Far East Russia, Japan, Korea, and China. Vessels must arrive in North American ports with required pre-departure certification and free of AGM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Beginning 1st January 2015 penalties may be issued to any vessel arriving without a valid AGM certification from a valid certification body during the high risk period, as well as the two year ports of call data for the vessel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Asian Gypsy Moth.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u4e9a\u6d32\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u63a5\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe(AGM)\u7ba1\u5236\u56fd\u6709\u5173\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\u5927\u91cf\u7e41\u6b96\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u636e\u6b64\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u98df\u54c1\u68c0\u67e5\u5c40(CFIA)\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8(USDA)\u8054\u5408\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u6709\u5173\u6b64\u4e8b\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe(Asian Gypsy Moth, \u7b80\u79f0AGM)\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8239\u8236\u548c\u8d27\u7269\u643a\u5e26\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u5bb3\u866b\u3002\u5728\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u8fdc\u4e1c\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6d77\u6e2f\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\u6570\u91cf\u7e41\u591a\u3002\u9a76\u5165\u5317\u7f8e\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u8239\u53ea\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u79bb\u6e2f\u524d\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u4e14\u6ca1\u6709\u643a\u5e26\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u4ece2015\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u65f6\u671f\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u62b5\u6e2f\u8239\u53ea\u5fc5\u987b\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u8ba4\u8bc1\u673a\u6784\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u6709\u5173\u4e9a\u6d32\u578b\u821e\u6bd2\u86fe\u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u8239\u53ea\u8fd1\u4e24\u5e74\u7684\u505c\u9760\u6e2f\u53e3\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The United States and Canada have received reports of high population levels of Asian Gypsy Moth (AGM) in some countries regulated for AGM.
