The Normative Instruction 1356\/13 started from May 6th, 2013, the Brazilian Customs Authority has indicated that cargo receivers are no longer required to submit the original Bill(s) of Lading in order to obtain the release into their custody of cargo in bonded spaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">In respect of the above Normative Instruction and inquiries from some Owners, we consulted with the Club\u2019s Brazilian correspondents and got the following advice related to delivery of cargoes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: ALCO20140044 The Advice about cargo delivery in Brazil.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u5173\u4e8e\u5df4\u897f\u5378\u8d27\u7684\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u6211\u4eec\u57282013\u5e746\u670819\u65e5\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/andrewliu.com.hk\/index.php\/2013\/06\/19\/%e5%b7%b4%e8%a5%bf%e6%b5%b7%e5%85%b3%e6%89%a7%e6%b3%95%e4%b8%ad%e7%9a%84%e5%8f%98%e5%8c%96-%e6%97%a0%e6%ad%a3%e6%9c%ac%e6%8f%90%e5%8d%95%e4%ba%a4%e4%bb%98\/\">\u901a\u51fd<\/a>\u4e2d\u5411\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5df4\u897f\u6d77\u5173\u53d1\u5e03\u76841356\/13\u53f7\u89c4\u8303\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u4ece2013\u5e745\u67086\u65e5\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u65e0\u987b\u518d\u63d0\u4ea4\u6b63\u672c\u63d0\u5355\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u4fdd\u7a0e\u573a\u6240\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u653e\u8d27\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6709\u5173\u89c4\u8303\u6307\u4ee4\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e9b\u8239\u4e1c\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u54a8\u8be2\u4e86\u534f\u4f1a\u5df4\u897f\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u901a\u4ee3\uff0c\u5e76\u5f97\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5173\u4e8e\u8239\u4e1c\u653e\u8d27\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; We have introduced the issuance of Normative Instruction 1356\/13 in our&nbsp;circular&nbsp;dated 19th June 2013.
