After having loaded a cargo of drilling mud, the ship headed north towards a port in the Northern Atlantic. The Master and Chief Officer performed the bridge watch in accordance with a 6\/6 shift, which was standard form of watchkeeping on this ship. The scheme was in accordance with the provisions on hours of work and rest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">On her voyage towards the port of discharge, the ship made a deviation and stopped in a small port due to problems with the ship\u2019s primary ECDIS, which was used for navigation and route planning. The ECDIS consisted of two independent units. One of which was a primary ECDIS, the other one was a secondary ECDIS to which a switch should be made in case of malfunction of the primary ECDIS. The primary ECDIS was operating slowly and could not be updated and was, therefore, inspected by a repair company in this specific small port.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Case Study_Bridge Management.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u5206\u6790\uff1a\u9a7e\u9a76\u53f0\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u4e00\u5929\u6e05\u6668\uff0c\u4e00\u8258\u6210\u54c1\u6cb9\u8f6e\u9a76\u79bb\u6b27\u6d32\u67d0\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002\u6cb9\u8f6e\u5728\u88c5\u5b8c\u8d27\u7269\u94bb\u4e95\u6db2\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5411\u5317\u9a76\u5f80\u5317\u5927\u897f\u6d0b\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002\u6839\u636e\u672c\u8239\u6807\u51c66\/6\u503c\u73ed\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u8239\u957f\u548c\u5927\u526f\u5728\u9a7e\u9a76\u5ba4\u503c\u73ed\u3002\u503c\u73ed\u5b89\u6392\u7b26\u5408\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u4f11\u606f\u65f6\u95f4\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u9a76\u5f80\u5378\u8d27\u6e2f\u9014\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u7528\u4e8e\u5bfc\u822a\u548c\u822a\u7ebf\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4e3b\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\u51fa\u73b0\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u6cb9\u8f6e\u7ed5\u822a\u5e76\u505c\u6cca\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\u7531\u4e24\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u7ec4\u6210\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u4e3b\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u8f85\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e3b\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\u53d1\u751f\u6545\u969c\uff0c\u5219\u9700\u7528\u8f85\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\u6765\u66ff\u4ee3\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4e3b\u7535\u5b50\u6d77\u56fe\u663e\u793a\u4e0e\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf(ECDIS)\u5de5\u4f5c\u7f13\u6162\u4e14\u4e0d\u80fd\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6cb9\u8f6e\u505c\u9760\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5c0f\u6e2f\u53e3\u627e\u4fee\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Early one morning, a product tanker departed a port in Europe.
