This differs from many other countries where outturn is determined from shore measurement. Despite the implementation of the trade allowance of 0.5% by the Iranian customs authorities, this has been challenged by cargo receivers and has even been rejected by some local courts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">Under the Iranian commercial and civil code, the carrier is liable for the cargo quantity stated in the Bill of Lading. Therefore, in case of any discrepancy between the B\/L figures and the results of the draft\/ullage survey performed by the receiver\u2019s surveyor, the consignee can legally claim against the carrier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Bulk Cargoes (Dry and Liquid) Shortage Claims &#8211; Iran.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6563\u8d27(\u5e72\u8d27\u548c\u6db2\u4f53\u8d27)\u77ed\u91cf\u7d22\u8d54 &#8211; \u4f0a\u6717<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u83b7\u77e5\u4e00\u4e9b\u4f0a\u6717\u6e2f\u53e3\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u6563\u8d27(\u5e72\u8d27\u548c\u6db2\u4f53\u8d27)\u77ed\u91cf\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u300a\u4f0a\u6717\u6d77\u5173\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff0c\u786e\u5b9a\u56fa\u4f53\u6216\u6db2\u4f53\u6563\u8d27\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u6c34\u5c3a\/\u7a7a\u8ddd\u68c0\u9a8c\u3002\u8fd9\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u8bb8\u591a\u56fd\u5bb6\u901a\u8fc7\u5cb8\u4e0a\u8ba1\u91cf\u5f97\u51fa\u5378\u8d27\u91cf\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4f0a\u6717\u6d77\u5173\u5b9e\u65bd0.5%\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u8865\u8d34\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u7684\u8d28\u7591\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5\u9662\u62d2\u7edd\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u4f0a\u6717\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u548c\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\uff0c\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u987b\u5bf9\u63d0\u5355\u4e2d\u6240\u8f7d\u660e\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u6570\u91cf\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u82e5\u4efb\u4f55\u63d0\u5355\u6570\u91cf\u548c\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u68c0\u9a8c\u5458\u7684\u6c34\u5c3a\u68c0\u9a8c\/\u7a7a\u8ddd\u8ba1\u91cd\u7ed3\u679c\u5b58\u5728\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u4f9d\u6cd5\u53ef\u8d77\u8bc9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18px;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The Association has recently been advised of the potential for bulk cargo (dry and liquid) shortage claims at some Iranian ports.
