\u8239\u8236\u7684\u5185\u52a1\u826f\u597d\u4e00\u76f4\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u662f\u826f\u597d\u8239\u827a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u50a8\u7269\u95f4\u3001\u6cb9\u6f06\u95f4\u53ca\u5176\u5b83\u7a7a\u95f4\u6742\u4e71\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f1a\u964d\u4f4e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u68c0\u9a8c\u5458\u5728\u8239\u8236\u68c0\u9a8c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u62a5\u544a\u79f0\uff1a\u6709\u91cd\u7269\u672a\u7ecf\u59a5\u5f53\u7cfb\u56fa\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u7532\u677f\u4e0a\u800c\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53ef\u4ee5\u60f3\u8c61\uff0c\u5728\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u4e0b\uff0c\u56db\u5904\u6563\u843d\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u56de\u987e1993\u5e74\u51ac\u5929\uff0cBraer\u8f6e\u5728\u8bbe\u5f97\u5170\u7fa4\u5c9b\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u5230\uff1a\u7532\u677f\u5185\u52a1\u4e0d\u826f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u8d77\u60e8\u91cd\u7684\u4f24\u4ea1\u548c\u6f0f\u6cb9\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/p>\n

House-keeping on deck<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Good house-keeping around the ship has always been considered a feature of good seamanship. Untidy store rooms, paint lockers and other spaces can slow down work processes, but can also result in serious accidents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Inspectors continue to report during ship inspections that heavy items are kept on deck in a poorly secured manner or even unsecured.<\/p>\n

The personal injury aspect of loose items on deck in heavy weather can be easily imagined. However, if we look back to the winter of 1993, we can learn from the loss of the M\/T Braer in the Shetland Islands as an example of how poor house-keeping on deck contributed to a very high-profile casualty and oil spill.<\/p>\n
