\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\uff1a \u8239\u4e1c\u53ca\u6280\u672f\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba<\/strong><\/p>\n

2015\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u5bf9\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u7684\u8239\u8236\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4f9b\u6cb9\u4ee5\u53ca\u71c3\u6cb9\u8f6c\u6362\u7684\u6b63\u786e\u5904\u7406\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u3002\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u516c\u544a\u4e2d\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5c06\u63d0\u9192\u5404\u4f4d\u4f1a\u5458\u5373\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6280\u672f\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n

\u672c\u534f\u4f1a\u611f\u8c22Alfa Laval\u516c\u53f8\u5141\u8bb8\u8f6c\u8f7d\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u901a\u51fd\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8ddd\u79bb\u5728\u5317\u7f8e\u548c\u5317\u6b27\u7684\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u5730\u533a\u5f3a\u5236\u5b9e\u65bd\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ec5\u5269\u4e0b\u77ed\u77ed\u7684\u51e0\u5468\u65f6\u95f4\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n

Fuel handling in Emission Control Areas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Applicability: Shipowners and Technical managers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The correct handling of fuel supplies and fuel change-overs will be a critically important task for vessels in ECAs post 1 January 2015. In the following advisory the Association would like to further advise members with respect to the technical and regulatory challenges on the horizon.<\/p>\n

The Association is grateful to Messrs. Alfa Laval for permission to republish their note on fuel handling.<\/p>\n

The development<\/strong>
There are now only a few short weeks before the most significant change-over in fuel sulphur content becomes mandatory in the North American and Northern European ECAs.<\/p>\n
